SunGallery Menifee Sunrooms & Patios is a Sunroom Contractor based in Menifee, CA. We provide sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, patio cover installation, and related residential construction services to homeowners in the greater Menifee area and surrounding communities.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of properly licensed personnel. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written contract signed by both parties before construction begins.
Free estimates are provided at no obligation. An estimate reflects the anticipated cost of a project based on information available at the time of the site visit. Estimates are not binding contracts.
Final pricing is stated in the written contract. Any changes to scope, materials, or site conditions discovered after contract signing that affect the project cost will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds. We will not perform change-order work without your written or documented verbal approval.
Prices quoted in an estimate are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material costs and permit fees are subject to change.
Project start dates are established after a signed contract and required deposit are received. Start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit approval timelines, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant schedule changes to you promptly.
If you need to cancel or postpone a project after signing a contract, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or deposit refund policies, are specified in your individual service contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances that could affect the safety or quality of the work.
Payment terms are set out in your individual service contract. In accordance with California law, we do not require more than the lesser of ten percent of the contract price or $1,000 as a deposit before work begins on a home improvement contract.
Progress payments, if any, are tied to project milestones as described in the contract. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work and the passing of any required city inspections.
Accounts past due by more than 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to a late fee and/or collection proceedings. We reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California law for unpaid balances.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any specific warranty terms for labor and materials will be described in your written service contract. Manufacturer warranties on products such as windows, glass panels, and framing systems are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, alterations made by others after project completion, acts of nature (including earthquakes, floods, fires, or windstorms), or normal wear and tear.
